The Friendsgiving feast & reflection was held on Thursday, November 17th in Farm Classroom 106. We heard from our CAPCA Conference participants, reflected on the Pumpkin Patch, and introduced new officer positions being added to the team for the Spring Semester:
Vice President — Will oversee committees next semester and assist the president when absent or in need.
Campus/Farm Relations — Will be that point of connection between the farm office, farm units, and campus entities for the club as well as attend monthly ICC meetings.
Industry Relations — Will set up, contact, and thank community members as we delve into more tours of agriculture related businesses and connect with likeminded local organizations to help our members gain hands on experience
Then, before the meal, filled out a quick survey asking for feedback on preferred meeting times for Spring, industry interests, and preferred activity types. Thank you to all who attended and we can't wait to see you for our next meeting on Wednesday, December 7th! We will be posting on our Instagram as well as emailing both the survey form & officer application for those who weren't able to attend the meeting. Or, it can be accessed using the hyperlinks below.
